Policies
 
 1. Customer agrees that bride and groom will contact the photographer (1) to (2) weeks before the wedding date in order to make final the shooting times, locations and bride and groom’s request for specific photographs. 
 
 2. It is understood that the Misty Cramsey is the exclusive photographer and others taking photographs will be permitted only at the discretion of the photographer. 
 
 3. All packages/orders must be PAID IN FULL before delivered. 
 
 4. Negatives and proofs remain the exclusive property of the photographer/studio, and may not be copied or reproduced by anyone. 
 
 5. The photographer/studio reserves the copyright and privileges on all portraits, and reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display or other purposes. 
 
 6. Should the customer cancel the photographer’s services for the wedding date specifed in the agreement, the customer will then forfeit all payments made up to the date of the notice of cancellation. This is to compensate the photographer for what would be loss of income. (Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.) 
 
 7. In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the wedding, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the wedding package. 
 
 8. In the event that there are uncontrollable technical error with the film and/or processing and the photographs and/or negatives are ruined, the responsibility and liability is limited to the cost of film and processing. 
 
 9. The photographer attempts to capture as many poses and groups as the customer requests; however is limited to time and not responsible for any individual or group photographs that may not have been taken. 
 
 10. Proof albums are the property of the photographer/studio. The bride and groom are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged proofs and album. Total Loss will be charged at $3.50 per proof plus album cost of $30.00. Partial Loss will be charged at $3.50 per proof plus percent of album damage. 
 
 11. All finished orders must be picked up within 30 days of notice of completion. There will be a service charge of $10.00 per month on the unpaid balance after that and each month thereafter unless prior arrangements have been made with the studio. 
 
 12. Customer hereby agrees to be responsible for any damages to our equipment or injuries to the photographer that are caused by you or your guests. 
 
 13. With all packages a deposit of half the total is required at the booking for the event (this deposit is non-refundable), half of the remaining balance is required 60 days before the event (this deposit is non-refundable), and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event (this deposit is non-refundable). 
 
 14. One-half of your order is required when you make your selection and the balance is due upon delivery. 
 
 15. Additional charges (only applies to package 3); a charge of $25.00 per 30 minutes will be applied for any reason of delay; that is not caused by the photographer. 
 
 16. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 return charge.
